How the price is calculated, what happens with the weather and when we refund or reschedule. No hidden fine print.

PriceEquipment days × pass rate + trailer charge (free of charge with the 10- and 25-day passes). Prices in USD, IVA included.

Deposit and balanceTo confirm, a 30 % deposit is paid within 24 hours of making the booking. The balance is paid before picking up the equipment.

If SinoUY does not have the equipmentIf SinoUY cannot deliver the equipment, you choose between rescheduling or a full refund of what you paid.

DamageHull insurance included, with a deductible of 10 % of the damaged component. It does not cover negligent use or flying outside the operating conditions.

FuelThe generator is handed over with a full fuel tank and must be returned full. If it comes back without refuelling, a penalty equal to the cost of filling one and a half tanks is charged.

WaterEl agua para la mezcla la pone el cliente.

Tank cleaningThe tank, hoses and nozzles are returned washed. If they come back dirty, a cleaning charge of USD 20 applies.
