Privacy policy

What data we keep

• Account: name, mobile (with country code), company, email, ID and department. The PIN is stored irreversibly encrypted: nobody at SinoUY can see it.
• Bookings and passes: dates, base, assigned unit, amounts, crop, hectares and the insurance acceptance (date, time, IP and the name you signed with).
• AgRobotics Challenge: the details from the participation form and the video you upload. If you vote, we only keep an irreversible code of your IP and an anonymous cookie to prevent repeated votes.
• Enquiries: what you write to us through the contact form.

What we use them for

To provide the rental service (booking, delivering and returning units, charging and invoicing), to run the AgRobotics Challenge and to send you SinoUY commercial information. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties unless legally required.

Cookies

We only use our own necessary cookies: the session (SUYSESION), the chosen language (suy_idioma), the remembered device if you ticked that option when signing in (suy_dev) and an anonymous identifier for Challenge vote control (suy_votante). We do not use advertising cookies.

Country and language detection

To suggest your country code and language we use the country of your connection. You can change the language at any time from the header.

Your rights (Law No. 18.331)

You can request access, rectification, update or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected]. Booking data is kept for the period required by commercial and tax regulations.
